Print Buyers Online.com was created by Suzanne Morgan, president of Print Solutions. Suzanne has been a champion for print buyers since she started a consulting and education company eight years ago dedicated to education and research on print buying. She provides consulting advice and educational services to print buying companies and print suppliers. Suzanne's programs support a peaceable and profitable relationship between buying companies, printers and suppliers.

"Years ago, I started in print buying as many of you did. I didn't grow up waiting to be a print buyer -- the job fell into my lap! I got involved with printing when I was a marketing assistant for a publishing company. Although I was responsible for buying over $1 million in printing services, I had no experience and very little training. So I learned the job as many of you have -- from trial by fire and from my printing sales representatives. Since I didn't have any formal training, it took me a long time to learn the ropes and I made plenty of mistakes along the way. After being in the business for over 12 years, I still learn something new almost everyday and I'm passionate about teaching others in a way that's stress-free and efficient.
