First of all, membership is free! We require that everyone join as a member. Membership
allows us to monitor postings to our site so that the responses remain civil and
non-commercial. We also need to understand our membership base. We use the information
that you provide to shape the content of the community to our members' knowledge
and buying levels. In addition, membership allows us to accurately track users of
the site. Since the solutions are totally free to you (except any purchases that
you may make from our bookstore and resource center), we have elected to have sponsors
fund our community. While we always attempt to remain impartial in our educational
content, our sponsors need to know how many live bodies are in our community!
